1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing louree.co or placing an order with PT Lourée Nusantara ("Lourée", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services immediately.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account and to keep this information updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in violation of these terms.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. For orders shipped to Singapore or Malaysia, prices are displayed in the selected currency at indicative exchange rates and may vary.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed. We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions; however, we do not guarantee that colours on-screen accurately reflect the physical product.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel an order at any time, including after confirmation, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock discrepancies. You will be notified and refunded in full if your order is cancelled by us.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email and dispatch the goods. We are not obligated to accept any order.

You may request to modify or cancel an order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — please refer to our Returns Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on louree.co — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product formulations — is the exclusive property of PT Lourée Nusantara or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lourée shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
