What Can Be Returned

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Unopened products — returned within 14 days of delivery, in original packaging with seals intact.
  • Damaged or defective items — received in a damaged or defective state. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
  • Wrong item received — we sent you something different from what you ordered.
  • Verified allergic reactions — opened products may be returned if you experience a confirmed allergic reaction, with a dermatologist's note.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened or used products (except in case of defect or allergic reaction as above).
  • Products returned after 14 days of delivery.
  • Items purchased during final sale or marked as non-returnable at checkout.
  • Gift sets partially used or with components missing.
  • Items returned without prior authorisation from our team.

How to Return

    Contact us

    Email returns@louree.co with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.

    Receive authorisation

    Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions. Do not send items before receiving an RA number.

  3. 3

    Ship the item(s)

    Pack the item(s) securely and write your RA number on the outside of the parcel. For defective or wrong items, return shipping is covered by Lourée via a prepaid label we will email you. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your cost.

  4. 4

    Receive your refund or exchange

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or dispatch your exchange item. You will be notified by email at each step.
