We ship to Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Important — Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Lourée is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier's system after dispatch.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a notice and attempt redelivery. If the parcel is returned to us after repeated failed attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost. Refunds are not available for orders returned due to incorrect addresses or uncollected parcels.
