Products
Are Lourée products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. All Lourée formulas are developed with skin compatibility as a priority. We avoid known irritants such as synthetic fragrances, parabens, and harsh sulphates. Each product is patch-tested and dermatologist-reviewed. That said, every skin is different — we recommend patch-testing any new product on your inner arm for 24 hours before full application.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Lourée is 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we require the same commitment from all of our ingredient suppliers.
What does "clean beauty" mean at Lourée?
For us, clean means formulating without ingredients that carry a credible safety concern — including synthetic fragrances, parabens, phthalates, mineral oils, and PEGs. It also means using actives at evidence-backed concentrations, publishing our full ingredient lists, and never hiding behind vague marketing claims. Clean does not mean "natural only" — we use both nature-derived and lab-created ingredients where they are safe, effective, and responsibly sourced.
How should I store my Lourée products?
Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In our humid Indonesian climate, we recommend keeping vitamin C and retinol products in the refrigerator to extend their efficacy. Always close lids tightly after use.
Do you offer samples or travel sizes?
Select products are available in travel-size formats, listed individually on the product page. We also include a complimentary sample with every order when available — a great way to try something new before committing to a full size.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, GoPay, OVO, Dana, ShopeePay, and QRIS. For orders above Rp 1.500.000, we also offer instalment plans via Kredivo and Akulaku.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for dispatch. Please contact us immediately at hello@louree.co with your order number. Once an order is in the fulfilment stage, we are unable to make changes.
I haven't received an order confirmation email — what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, it's possible there was a typo in the email address entered at checkout. Contact us at hello@louree.co with your name and the approximate order time, and we'll locate your order.
Shipping
How long does delivery take within Indonesia?
Orders placed before 12:00 WIB on business days are processed the same day. Estimated delivery times are 1–2 business days for Jabodetabek, 2–4 business days for other Java cities, and 3–7 business days for outer islands. Same-day delivery is available in Jakarta via GoSend or GrabExpress.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to Singapore and Malaysia. International orders are fulfilled via DHL Express (3–5 business days). Additional customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Is free shipping available?
Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders above Rp 350.000. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat fee of Rp 25.000 for Java and Rp 45.000 for outer islands.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Opened products can only be returned in the event of a manufacturing defect or allergic reaction confirmed by a dermatologist. Please see our full Returns Policy.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please photograph the damaged item and packaging immediately upon receipt and contact us at hello@louree.co within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Account
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your addresses, view your order history, and access exclusive member offers.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.
